Venice, Italy, 25 May 2018
For the first appointment of 2018, Hape Collective opened the season in Venice on 25 May with two super special guests - for their first time in Italy - Dj Jigüe (Guampara Productions – Havana) y El Menor from Cuba. Keyword of the night: “Afrofuturismo Tropical”. The particular style and musical experimentation of Dj Jigüe, together with the percussions of El Menor, brought something brand new to HAPE beats.
In-house players, HAPE founder Dj Buosis and the new entry Dj Grao from Venice, accompanied the audience on a musical journey with beats proceeding from Brasil, passing through Africa and Europe.
One more time, Serra dei Giardini has been the perfect frame for the event… And again, Venice welcomed the Collective’s tropical flow with good weather, good people and super good vibes!
