HAPEDATE on our latest Musical Adventures

We continue on our quest to bring people closer with music. After some quiet time, HAPE returned to Havana, N’Djamena, Brussels and recently landed in Caracas.

We also continued our search for sounds and released new music, born out of the international collaborations we helped form. And we look forward to presenting more tropical music and events soon!

HAPE Collective and LowUp were proud to present Mutumbu & Munchon, an unexpected Afro European collaboration between Tchad based MC FTP and Italian producer, DJ and musician Go Dugong.

Both up-tempo rollers combine the conscious urban swag and ‘francam’ (French Cameroonian) lingo of young Cameroon born and Ndjamena-based MC FTP with Go Dugong’s production mixing traditional African balafon and drumming with thumping Afro-trap beats.

HAPE brought together Brussels-based DJ Zwalla, and two talented Cuban musicians, Rubén Hernández (trumpet) and Damián Alvarez Castro (percussions).
